The company increased performance by 6.25% overall for Q2 with only 6 Hotels below the industry average, as opposed to 11 in Q1. Courses are for a maximum of six delegates, which offers individual learning through interactive simulations. Having now assimilated the feedback from the courses, it is clear that overall the delegates found the content to be relevant, acquiring tools and techniques that were transferable to the work place.
